got some ok scores on search this morning and some bad ones.

which is best shotgun to use?

hmmm i wondered this the other day, i would probably say the striker is the best on there. I couldnt stand the spas as i seemed to get too many hitmarkers which means i die due to the pump action of the spas

yeah i had that this morning, not unlocked striker yet but will use it when its available.

worst map for search - Dome

havent really played search that much, i dont know how to work around the maps like i did in MW2. I prefer the fast paced games such as team Deathmatch or Team Defender. To be honest i dont really have a favourite because i like them all. I dislike some on certain days depending on how im playing

i like HC Dom and Search

did do HC TD a lot when i first started (was 12,000th in the world when i stopped playing), about 42,000 in HC Search and 13,000th in Dom

i wish i had carried on playing team death, i was like 6000 at one point now over 100,000

Throw on dead silence of what ever it is called on this series and you can't go wrong in search . All the decent players who play search use the perk to there advantage, that along with decent aim and knowledge of the map will improve your scores and get that rank up.

There is a group of lads on youtube that used to give you an over look of maps within the Black Ops series (Only for search). They show best place to go when starting off and try to give you tips about taking advantage of sticky situations. Can't remember there channel name but it was something like search4dummies (I think).

Helped me understand the maps more to especially if i was playing another game type.

One tip i give anyone for playing search is - Use dead silence and combine it with ghost. Use any other third perk that you wish to use. Those two perks combined will help you out tons. Ghost being used in search is a good idea, hate it in any other game type though haha

i always have it on (bought it from prestige shop for keeps) same with Blind Eye (although not bought as no point). i did try Blast Shield but due to UAV's i switched back to Assassin.

i know the maps very well, just sometimes you go get campers, on Dome they tend to surround you quickly when on the offence. my favourite search map is Seatown, i throw a betty on A and either run around or camp near B.

One thing i dislike is you need like level 22 (i think) for Range perk for Shotgun so you need to really lower K/D to get it (unless your on 10th Prestige).

i tend to run around with machine pistol (MP9) as i do quite well with it.

Other day on Hardhat Domination i picked up an Enemy Model1887 and sat near the tunnel picking them off.

does anyone think that you will get banned for doing the prestige token glitch? I have tried it on another account and nothing has happened. Im not even sure if it can be detected...

no idea but someone got a 5000 day ban (i heard it on call of duty forums weeks ago).

one thing id like to try is coloured clan tag (maybe cyan?), i seen a video on that too, can't remember the link but no people been banned for that either.

i think they focus on boosters mainly

Yeah they are banning people who used the token glitch. Seen it on FourZeroTwo's twitter. Jay is right I use..

Yeah a different gun, shot guns are a big no no for me !

true but i can do as well with a machine pistol than i can with a P90

Extreme Conditioning is helpful aswell if your using a shotgun

im using a striker with silencer now

Its range is bad enough without silencer on so dunno why you would use that :/

its just until i unlock Model1887, but i run around with a machine pistol anyway so i only tend to use Shotgun in CQC (Close Quarters Combat)

Doesn't typing out Close Quarters Combat defeat the point of using the abbreviation?

I tried to play this game again the other day and I just can't play it for more than 5 minutes

I guess I don't like it afterall
