Just been accused of it and given a mouthful so wanted to know what everyone else thought.

If you've got no pot on and more lifes left than the rest is it out of order to sacrifice one and snooker? I don't think it is the games called killer and you're supposed to try and win! Why should i just belt the balld when i know none are going to drop?!

I don't think it is ipot , i cant see the difference from doing that to snooking or deliberate fouls in any other game type , but boy people sure do grizzle if you do it in killer , the idea is to win not give it away lol

Its up to you what you do with your three lives but I think it is completely poor sportsmanship to deliberately foul (which could be viewed as cheating). I would never do it and and can happily say that none of the top players do it.

If you don't believe your good enough to win without deliberately fouling then bash on.

You aren't fouling its legal for a start and we aren't talking about if there is a pot on. Seems a lot more skillful than hitting and hoping course your opponents would rather see you spread all the balls into a pottable position, lose your life and give up any advantage you had totally...but aren't you supposed to be trying to win??

Take it you don't snooker in any of the other games then onevisit? Oh and I know plenty of the top players who do it

You asked for an opinion and I gave you mine. Could argue till you're blue in the face but that is my opinion and it will never change.

On the question of other games. How many lives do you lose for snookering in the other formats?

And no, none of the top players do it. I have played and continue to play them all and have never seen any of them do it.

err you don't lose any lives in any other format because you don't have lives to lose

Did ask for your opinion and it is appreciated was just arguing the case for my opinion. Unlike you my opinion could be changed if someone gave a good enough argument as to it being wrong but I haven't come close to hearing one yet.

Its all part and parcel of the game, if you want to play tactical or not is the individuals choice, so i cant see why people are complaining about it.
