You have to have played a full season in the FCL .. which you havent.

You played part of last season in Sharpshooters
Part of this season in Evolutions.

Therefore unless all 3 league runners agree on your captaining, you cannot captain matchstick men in the FCL.

League runners are Kev, James and kenny ?

Yes. However if they all agree on this, would be a very poor decision considering the amount of clans already kicked out or folded this season.
