Ok, I have just got a 7balling and it has not counted due to a problem with Funkypool!! While I was hitting my shot on the black it said connection failing and as I hit the shot it went back to normal, and the yes/no for the next game came up and I clicked yes and it said connection failing again, but my internet was still connected, no problems with it at all, and it logged me out cause of it and the other player got the points for the game in which I 7balled him/her in!!!

What is going on here?!?!?!

How am I getting logged out with connection failing when I haven't got connection failing and how do they get the points for winning a game in which they didn't even pot a ball in!!

Happens to everyone, even me.

My connection failed a couple of times lost about 6 uk rank points per game.

Doesen't bother me cause I know I can get them back.

It's not your connection it's the website dropping.

Well you ain't going to get the 7 balling back or the game that's for sure.

If there was some error within the website, nick gets a report for every error occurred. If it was a temporary disconnection on your side, then it's not down to the site. I'm sure you'll cope without the win and the 7 balling.

Regarding the disconnection, it happens on the client side. And it's unfortunate but it can't be helped. And that's the non-technical explanation. It's an old problem too - http://www.funkypool.com/thread/13970/disconnected-after-potting-black - and it happens on other sites too.
