If the league runners stuck to the rules they made then maybe the clans wouldn't keep getting confused as to what the rules are and what they aren't

Too many rules have been broken already, you should be encouraging clans to stick to them not break them

i have asked some more peaple two in a clan and one not so if they all say yes i will put them on the list but the 2 peaple in a clan not to announce

I agree, since when has it been allowed that you can announce players that are already in a clan?

i not made rules, so why it ok for everyone else, not owen i think they call that victimisation, well in my eyes i dont see problem with it.

i personally think the rules need to be looked at and yes inforced as i have tried to do,

1.13 Announcing clan lineup for next season
When new clans are forming, or old clans are working in their lineup for the next season, you may NOT name signed players currently playing for other clans until the transfer window is open. Violating this rule may lead to the clan not being accepted into the next season

I think the rule of one seasons experience is still in place, meaning you wont be able to join FCL.

1.10 Forming a new clan
New clans are permitted entry into the league only between seasons, at the discretion of the league hosts. A player wishing to form their own clan must have experience of playing in a clan for a
minimum of one season
