Might I simply suggest one and only thing to be changed: the 2 fixtures ban after the signing of a player should be removed.
Kinda ruins it and the whole idea completely is perfect and it attracted me as soon as I read it, so one rule more or less doesn't make it too different...but this, I think, will make it better

Simply stating, don't give me wrong, please.
