True Ryan i think people are thinking its a dead end being there but its not many things can happen and be brought back into the fold...i.e

Someones Internet connection or computer Breaks down and is not available for weeks.

Someone going on Holiday.

Or just Personal Problems that come before this game.

Also having this options allows flexibility that we always have a full team so we dont end up with not enough subs etc and games end up going to default which no one wants really

It's a different set-up than the FCL but have a look at the results etc and you will see what its about..

Basically u can play to your favourite discipline.
