This is simply for a newly formed clan entering the leagues. You would be free to create your clan, pull in players, however i would advise you tell them to join clans for this season, especially your self so that you can get the required seasons experience, and so your players get accustomed to the formats.
Oh i forgot about that rule, but yeah i agree with Blue and Sam there, experiance would help too, as pool league is very diffrent from the snooker league.

Sorry, but people have given him loads of chances in the past and he's basically thrown it back in their faces. It's entirely upto the clan, but As I usually say - forewarned is forearmed

If by shop you mean team then no I think if we stayed as a team for the rest of the season that has started that would prove reliability.
