Jay, we have no rules regarding experience for Captains/Vice Captains in FBL.
This change is done.

This is not done. Uncle_bob was a vice captain at Latin Legends. He is only eligible to join another clan if he was released by the captain.
Until toluca321 posts saying that you are free to join another clan, this change will not be made.
sam dextr release himself from the team as he use to be my vice captain so he can do that no need for me to release him as he did already
Does the above now count that hes now gone and now a Team Angry player?

Hey Angries, Ang just to let you know, your team change was not completed in the FBL because of rules regarding player transfers.
Does the above now count that hes now gone and now a Team Angry player?

He's not actually said he's released him Sorry to be petty lol, but would just prefer to stick to the rules. Get toluca to post saying "dex is released" and all will be well
