This is a pool tour for all you guys that want to play. The best thing is, you can join anytime! It will be just like the original tour that they do in real life, but all you do is play here.
==WHAT TO DO?==
There will be 9 Tournaments which you can join as long as you are a current member of the FPPF (Funkypool Players Federation). This membership will allow you to be entered into the ranking system, where the world ranking will occur. All these tournaments are NOT like in real life, as I just made them up
==TOURNAMENTS==
The tournaments are:
1. China Open - Shanghai, China
2. European Championship - Brussels, Belgium
3. UK Championship - Telford, England
4. Australian Open - Melbourne, Australia
5. US Open - Los Angeles, USA
6. Player's Championship - Dubai, United Arab Emirates
7. Africa Cup - Lagos, Nigeria
8. Dutch Open - Zandvoort, Holland
9. World Championship - Sheffield, England
-continued-

==HOW TO JOIN==
I made it hard for the s*****r players to join, but this should be straight forward. Post JOIN (including the bold), and include the following:
1. Your Funkysnooker Name:
2. Your Country:
3. Your email address:
4. Do you want to subscript the newsletter for the tour monthly?
5. Do you want to subscript the tournament newsletter for the tour?
Enjoy guys, this is another idea from s*****r. Have fun

It is strongly advised that players do not share their email address on the public forum, or in the chat room due to the possible event of people gaining your email address and using it for the wrong purposes.
Junster, please send any "Newsletters" to participants using their Funkypool messaging system - this is one of the reasons why it was created.

Any possibility of clearing out ALL posts apart from the Opening Post please?
20:49 Sun 20 Feb 11 (GMT) [Link]
only way you could is to get a mod to edit all the posts but would be wrong to do that.

Can someone cap this, so that I can create a new thread?
Dgen, this would start quite late, so you can always think about it. Plus, you can join anytime, so no pressure. You just start at a lower ranking

No need to cap and re-create.
Please give Junster the chance he deserves in running this competition, it looks like an interesting style of competition. So please only post your interest if you are serrious about entering this competition.
I don't know what Snooker mods do as I don't really play Snooker at all. However we apply the rules that are on Funkypool.com to protect the safety and interests of the members of Funkypool.
