1. Server situation (downtime)

The server has had a number of problems recently for which I apologize. The hosting providers have detailed this is due to upgrading their infrastructure. Note the actual server has been fine, no downtime at all, but the problems occurred when replacing and configuring switches to the outside world.

I am looking into other hosts, but it's timely and I've prepaid until 3 months time. I don't mind losing some of this, but I wish to wait at least until the end of February to allow a chance for it to improve.

2. Watch game at any time

I'm working on this when I get time, it's a serious change and will take a few weeks more, minimum.

This will also fix a couple of long standing bugs where the balls would overlap with each other or the cushion. Also the bug where games can be frozen when an opponent leaves simultaneously when you have illegally potted the black.

3. New adverts

I'm testing some new adverts at the moments, including a few which show at the bottom of the page, any problems please let me know.

The new adverts at the bottom can get annoying a tad...

The new ads also cover up the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Help links.

I believe Nick has just added the gap at the bottom of the page to allow the advert to fit.

and adverts dont really bother me to be honest.

I've removed the advert at the bottom - it was causing some lag due to it being a resource hungry Flash animation! It will stay off unless I can work out to show it without causing problems.

It's not improving at all

I think it's something to do with tournaments seem to only(always) get logged out half way through for a split second.

redalert i don't think your account has been hacked , have a look where the game says you are ' the moving room ' i don't know how that happens but i do know another player this happened to a couple of weeks ago , id contact admin , good luck sorting it out

This happened to tamtheman. he was able to log back into his account after a server restart. Use the conatct us option to inform admin of your problem!
