Everytime i log into the homepage a link/advertisement pops up?

It's only been happening recently, why is this?

Doesn't really bother me because it takes 1 second to click the X but yeah.

We've still no popup adverts, probably you have some kind of malware.

Try and identify the web addresses that are opening and google for them.

run spybot nurse - its free and will find and deal with malware
