Hi, im not sure if people will agree with me on this but i think this rank thing is all wrong ? what happened to the old funkypool? people like me dont have time to play on here day in day out. I work full time 6/7 days a week i dont have time to come on here gain my ranks back. Please leave your views and comments

I'm 100% with super_pool, the new system is awful, this site was once a great site i used to like competing with my rank but the ones im not so good at sit at my prof rank because it was an achievement i was proud of. i used to love coming on and playing friendly tournaments it was good fun and not too much to worry about if i lost, but also enjoyed winning them. now its all gone up side down, im beggining to hate the site more and more every day, 99/100 people i've spoke to have said similar things that they hate it yet nick wont change the site back to suit the loyal players.

Bring back friendly tournaments!

but like a say adam, this wasnt made a choice for us players. It should've been a vote for it or something, i logged in one day and saw i needed points for professional tbh im loosing the will to play i gained my professional stats for a reason my profile once did look good. This will get worse, some tournaments should be ranked and some shouldnt but yet they dont state : 9ball tournament rank : click link to join... it says 9ball tournament click to join. tbh the old system should be put back on and things should be made choice not forced. Im actually suprised people havent left due to this. Im thinking about it..

I wouldnt mind having ranked tournys every hour then having a friendly tournaments between each ranked tourny so it allows both ranked and friendly players to play the tournaments

i really dont like it either normall ranked games are now second class and i have to play so many games to join tornys all 2 serious now the funky experiance for FUN is lost

I liked the idea of a few random tournaments but they just get boring after awhile.. the tournapoints is a good update but not the rank one.. I Think tournaments are played just to be won not for rank.

i was against this at 1st but then grown to like it after a few days.

This is already massively flawed. Nick will not change it as he is trying to make tournaments the main part of the site, not ranked. It's just that a very very few (and I mean a few as there is over 32,000 users and not even 50 are not happy with this change) don't want to get used to the new structure that tournaments are the forefront of the site. The sooner that is learnt the better you'll find this update.

Nothing has ruined the site, it's not too serious or less fun unless you're taking ranking much too serious.
