Hello, I think I'll give another tournament a go. It will be short, probably just 4 or 8 pairs to start with.

It is based loosely on the Davis Cup (tennis)

Where the pairs pick rank 1 and rank 2 (you can pick yourselves or base it on your ranks)

There will be 5 matches:

Team A will pick Matches 1 and 2 from 9ball, 8ball and 8ball UK, best of 3 matches, Match 3 will be Mini golf, where all players participate one round each, lowest combined score wins, in case of tie, lowest individual score will count, if still not decided, each team selects one player to have a play off in the form of match play sudden death. Matches 4 and 5 will be picked by Team B from 9ball, 8ball and 8ball UK, once again, best of 3, first to 2.

Matches 1 and 2 will be same, Matches 4 and 5 will be same format. For every Match won, the team will be awarded a point.

For example: A 2-1 B, A 0-2 B. Overall score will be 1-1 and not 2-3.

Match 1: Team A1 v Team B2
Match 2: Team A2 v Team B1
Match 3: Mini Golf (one member of A plays against one member of B at same time, then other two play against each other)
Match 4: Team A2 v Team B2
Match 5: Team A1 v Team A1

It will be straight knock-out system
