Hi Chris,
Is that the way the tie break is supposed to work? I thought it would only apply if the overall match score was level at 9-9 and you could still have individual matches finishing at 3-3?
Otherwise you can have tie breaks for individual matches but still end up with an overall draw, meaning you then need a further tie break

Game 2 4-3
Game 3 2-4
Score = 10-10 - needs a tiebreak!!
