Is it just me or is the chat box always at 6 when you log in? Didnt it used to remember what you had it set to.

Yes, it should remember what you had set. I just tested it and can't see a problem with it. Ensure you click OK.

I'm using Firefox and the chat box still resets to 6 everytime I open the game window, no matter what size I had it beforehand...

This should all be fixed now.

In addition the newbie reduction is shown on newbie areas of player's profile page.

The Search Forum function isn't working for me - don't know about anyone else?

since you added power snooker to snooker random, is it time to add Straight to pools as its roughly the same time length.

I think one game of Straight compared to one game of all of the others (9, 8 and UK8) might, generally, take too long. One possible solution to that might be to reduce the winning score below 35, but still not sure that Straight would be a popular inclusion?

I have noticed a flaw with the ranked matches ONLY counting towards getting rid of newbie status. With the new ranking system, it is difficult to get above 700, an awful lot of people's tables are 700+, therefore cannot play those games. And as you can't play many games, you can't get qualification for tournaments.

But on getting high rankings:
8 Ball Pool UK Ranked - 3ddi3 (0) loses to warney (1) with 3 balls remaining
RANKINGS: warney 680.3 (+2.5), 3ddi3 802.3 (-0.3)

Beat a pro at newbie status with 677.8 rank yet only gain 2.5 points. Looking at the multipliers for rank, why is flukeball (9ball) easier to gain rank than possibly the most tactical game on here (8ball UK)?
