its been 5 days since i was reset, 2 hours after i was reset i sent a email to the contact us and nick,
contact us says it can take UP to 3 days for a reply, well its been 5 days and even nick won't reply to my message that i have sent him,
just wondering why that is.
i am not having a go at anyone or any person, its just that if i send you guys emails, you don't seem to reply and posting this seems to be the only logical reason on my behalf. maybe someone will notice this now and the lack of attention you guys pay to your members.

All of the admins have private lives, that you and me have as well.
Remember that there are many people who use the contact us feature. Sometimes not all queires can be answered within three days - this can be due to a variety of issues.
Remember, these are the guys that make sure that the problem people are kept off the game, go through every single complaint sent, continue to find ways to improve the website and also try and answer the contact us when they can - as well as work, rest, socialise and all the other things that we all do.
Give it time mate

Shouldn't it say, 'We try to answer all messages within 3 days, however, sometimes this is not possible, but we will deal with your message.' or something like that?

Well for my part, I'm back at college for a week
Seriously though, 99% of queries are answered within 3 days, often within hours or minutes in some cases. However when real life coincidences mean staff have a shortage of time, combined with the big surge in contacts we get folowing updates etc, sometimes things can slip.
For that we can only apologise, but I do have to point out that messaging staff directly about any site issue will only delay matters. Please use the correct channels so things can be dealt with as effeciently as possible.
