If im going to speak honestly rubber quack has had the best post in this thread. It's a game you will then just get people deacting all the time instead of multi using, then you will say to many deactivations. Then they will reset. Then you will want a limit on resets. Do you see where im going lol?

Mods and Admins havn't been on the same wave length for years people have said you can some have said you cant.

As long as you dont post on both accounts, play on both at the same time what's the problem?

This game has become more about rankings recently which im strongly against. i used to play for them constantly and it becomes boring. this is FUNKYpool for a reason, to relax and have a good time. Do you really care about rankigns? if so there should be a new website for the hardcore noobs (my personal opinion) if i was to reset now i could get everything i've got on my account back in a few hours & most likely better %'s as im experienced. Just because people have multipul accounts to practice on which at the moment is and isn't against the rules depending upon who you ask and you want to moan at them is a joke.

also forgot to mention, two accounts or 1 and a guest? what's the diffrence, you lose rank? just dont play the damn newbie simple if your that bothered about knowing who it is.

Matt what you are basically saying is that the site should only 'pander' to those that dont care about rankings and not those that wish to take it seriously when in fact its not impossible to please both.

If you look at it the other way round, if you dont care about rankings then none of this is ever going to affect you at all. You wont care who you play, you will want to win but wont be bothered about losing. You are sorted, as you already are. But what about others who do wish to enjoy this site their own way?

No different to a huge number of laws in the wide world then. Sometimes they are enforced rigorously and other times they arent. Just means the rule is clearly there if and/or when it needs to be enforced.

if you care about ranks - you wouldn't play someone as low as 750 who is a newbie you'd know they reset/ different account would you not? yes a few are decent first account users and hit the 800s fairly quick.
But as i mentioned, if you hate the newbieness dont play them. Alot of people now adays play 670s for higher rankings, i wont name names we all know who. Yet alot play 800+'s constantly some every rank going.

The idea of sorting who's who out would create more accounts to get deacted and would just IMO and a few others not stop the issue.

We are talking mainly about ranked tournaments Matt - no choice of playing/not playing other than to take a default loss.

For what it's worth I can't see anyway of creating the "perfect" system for rankings...all systems can be manipulated in one way or another if it's that important to someone. Just play and have fun is surely the point of it ..

U miss the point of this forum matt. You need to read it.

The main thread is playing a ranked tournie and being drawn against someone who is playing on their secondary account with much lower ranking than their primary account.

If you decline to play you lose the points anyway for 1 game and they don't even have to be a n00b.
