Just seen while i was on here that 2 tournaments came up at 3 am, im guessing this wasnt planned because i can't find anywhere that says about this. Anyway it seems to have gone well players had a choice of which tourny they preferred and the hardcore ones will have had a go at both. It offered i good alternativ if you didnt like the other tourny.

So basically even if it wasnt planned i think it's maybe a good basis to work off to get more tournaments in, not an idea im really fond of as i like the 1 an hour but it's maybe better to give people different options.

In that incident it was a glitch caused when the clocks changed at the weekend, but you do have a point.

Perhaps at peak times it would be acceptable to have an extra one or two?

They dont have to start at the same time either, there could be a few on the half-hour during busy times so people who are knocked out early have another chance?

Yeah like the sound of during peak times having some at half past the hour, nothing worse than coming online in the evening and maybe having to wait 50mins to play in one

An excellent point in my opinion, as a tournament regular I do hate when I miss one

Sounds like a good idea, could be a way of running a few more longer tournaments...not a big fan of speed / single frame stuff myself
