ANYONE can make a sub craig, i make subs for UT when mich and jay aren't around but no one has ago at me, seems to be your having ago at Kev because he was a "banned user" but he has served his time and should be allowed the dignity to come back and not have people have ago at him like this.

Kev is a good guy and yes he has to wait 1 month to come back as captain but he can help pod with the clan as it was Kevs to begin with.

don't get me wrong here, pod, gino and mrmagic did great jobs when Kev was away and im sure he is greatful for the people who kept the clan going while he was absent.

so now act like adults and STOP ARGUING, its all i see on the forums these days and im kinda getting sick of it.

A substitution is considered official from the moment the captain has posted it in the substitution thread.

Captains are encouraged to make their substitutions as early as possible though

The wording of the rules suggests that only the captain can officially make a substitution (and vice in captains absence)

So you shouldn't be making the subs if you arent captain or a VC, no matter what clan you're in
