Fergie has said today and confirmed that Rooney has told him he wants to leave Man United.
I was quite shocked by this, everything United has done for him, but looks like he thinks he can get more money elsewhere, ugratefull person (couldn't think of another word that the swear filter would allow)

Yeah a really poor attitude from Rooney.

It has been reported in some sections of the media that Manchester City are prepared to offer him £250,000 per week in wages. That is an obscene amount of money and no one is ever worth that amount.

If he does leave, I hope he doesn't go to Man City, as that would be considered a massive slap in the face for Manchester United and all their fans.

I was surprised as I said earlier, specially with fergie coming out like that about the situation, but then he made this statement on MUTV and I can see clearly now why he did it.

"There's been no falling out. That's why we need to clarify the situation now for our fans. Because what we saw on Saturday was unacceptable. When we were at 2-2 and the fans were chanting for Wayne Rooney, it put pressure on the players and it didn't do any good for the team. So we've got to clarify the situation and try to do it right."

When the team knows rooney wants out and they hear all the chants for rooney, I can understand where the team is coming from there.

Well for some reason i don't think he'll stay till the summer

If he wants out and still insists on it after christmas, united will sell him in the january window if they can without a shadow of doubt, to get as much for him as they can.
