Apple you prob asked potty if kirk can join TFS when he was still under the ban, it was liam who negotiated out of his ban then kirk chose to be with nutters for the team being so whats the matter?

I did agree to join apple's clan if potty would lift my ban, she didnt at that time and there were quite a few other clans that tried aswel but it was early on then. Potty didnt really want me in this clan but Liam did cos he loves me etc so she decided my ban had pretty much been served but the deal was i join nutters for liam for at least a season.

and that is exactly what my problem is! When she realises that she's getting something out of it, she makes a decision that benefits her!!! The ban had been applied for 2 weeks more than before when it was a "no way" then suddenly he's unbanned on the condition he plays for Nutters? Why only Nutters? The only possible excuse is to "keep an eye on him" Which is ridiculous as she could keep the same eye on him at any clan, and when i was enquiring about him i said i would take full responsibility. Cleary this is being BIASED.

She's gonna ban me for pointing out clear flaws? The league should be run by an unbiased runner.

Before Kirk got unbanned, Stephy had said she didn't want Kirk playing in the league, then Liam started trying to get him unbanned, Stephy still didn't want him in our clan, even after accepting to overturn the ban, but Liam continued trying and eventually persuaded her to let him in.

Sorry, but how can you claim that she's biased when she didn't want him in the clan at all?

She's also brought in a number of other people to help run it, to try to stop people claiming the league is bias, but from any angle, any decision that goes the way of a clan that is in the league is always going to be perceived as biased, especially when it appears detrimental towards your own clan.

And also, I don't believe this was raised as an issue when Kirk was unbanned and presented, so why bring it up now? (I apologise if I am wrong about that though).

And the 'excuse' as you put it, to 'keep an eye on him' was also to ensure that he didn't go to a clan that was already struggling on reliability, only for him to do what he's done in the past and give up or leave or deactivate.

Because she still changed a ban to benefit her own clan. Regardless whether she wanted him there or not she knew that he would benefit the clan.

She unturned the ban before letting him in.



Surely it should've struck you as odd then too? Especially since you had just recently got turned down to let him join your clan, so something should've been said then, would have made more sense, rather than now he's chosen to leave the clan.

And Kirk, you've not been the most reliable player with regards to clans leading up to your ban, that's what I mean, you've deactivated accounts in the past (maybe not on clans). Also, there were reasons that you were banned and without going there, Steph felt it was best if you were in a clan that was reliable that she could rely on if something happened meaning you had to be banned again or if you proved to be unreliable, it wouldn't matter as much.

And she's done plenty to remove biasness, we've had plenty of decisions go against the clan, as Liam rightly pointed out, so it really doesn't raise any questions about the integrity of either the clan or the league.
