Think it's because the whole point of the pre-season friendly's is to decide who will be in and who's not, and to be fair, 8's have been a very good clan last few season's so you gotta give them the chance, but with their Capt & VC seeming to of gone walkies, doesn't look good for them.

thats what i mean though, if the Captain and VC isnt on for a week or 2 the future isnt bright, thats why i was surprised, but i will be even more surprised if they make it through.

You gotta give them the chance going by past history, they been reliable was what I meant, if they had been a newbie team, then I could understand them not getting a chance, but we are all pretty sure before hand they had a big hill to climb to qualify, but not looking good now for them
