Think you'll find I'm winning. If Blinky can win under same circumstances then why shouldn't I?

And it was done before too. It was suggested as a rule change way back and no-one disagreed. And Nick's new rule is no such thing, sorry Crazzy

Why don't we bring in that rule on the next game then?

Personally I have no problems at all. If it were brought in, would it mean that the game is suspended between the start of the site being down and the time when it comes back up? E.g. if you post at 1 am and the site goes down from 3 am to 10 am and the next post is at 11 am, you have a time of 3 hours?

Sounds good to me. Is it possible to tell exactly what time the site went down, or would it need to be rounded to the nearest hour?

Could be a bit tricky especially when the times are close together like they are on the first few pages.

You could do a bit of guesswork with, eg, forum posts and results; for example, I think a tournament was cancelled in the middle of it. Finding that tournament and then finding the relevant results on participating members' results pages would do it. However implementing this now would involve retrospectively changing the rules (i.e. changing rules for earlier happenings in game 33 after they've happened). Don't think that would go down too well
