i played it about 6 months ago, i think its gamebrew but not 100% sure.

You can get Emulators which let you run console games on PC's. There are ones for Super Nintendo, and the games come in the form of ROM files which you run through the Emulator.

A quick search of Google will tell you how to get them

Download MAME emulator stands for Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator... ROMS are readily available on internet. But only download and play if you own original machine Or you could be breaking the law .......
