This is how its going to work:

There will be 12 players.

Each player will play an opponent once drawn by the tournament runner. It will be a race to 3 and the tournament runner will choose what type you will play.

The next round the 6 players remaining will all play each other once with the top 4 proceeding to next round.

They will play one opponent once and the two winners will go to the final and the two losers will play for 3rd

This time he looks organized so i think you should give him 1 last chance.

Owen i gotta say mate, when i read that you had 10 players i could see that being a problem, but you seem to have it sorted down to a tee. One question, is straight involved? Or is it just 9 ball, 8 ball and 8uk?
