This has bugged me for a while, but how much bandwidth do you use a month? And what makes up that bandwidth?

I use about 30GB of bandwidth (up and download a month) which mainly consists of youtube, iplayer streaming, music downloading and all of that lot, but I have seen people claim up to 400GB of bandwidth a month, every month!

I'm just curious, as I thought 30GB was a lot


EDIT: If you are on a capped usage, do you normally exceed that limit?

I myself, isnt on a capped usage, but i know people who have exceeded their 50GB amount by 300GB just by download movies and playing Intense games, (Anarchy Online, WoW, Flyff, etc etc)...
