Would be better to have more and you can choose from all that you've unlocked e.g.

5th get a plain metal cue
10th bronze
15th crystal
20th silver
25th gold
30th platinum
40th ruby
50th sapphire
60th emerald
70th diamond

or something like that, more means each one feels more exclusive

and runouts and gb's could have similar style but unlocking different things, e.g. table cloths, balls, maybe even icons next to their names or different coloured names

Good idea zak, but numbers may have to be different as i dont like them but overall a good thought.

Only problem would take alot of work coding the cues to making it shiny and that certain diamond/ruby/sapphire/emerald/crystal looking will take hours of hard work.

Hard work or not more people will join funkypool and if theyhave a premium memership bonus they will have more premium members.

For example:

Premium Members have a customizable option or/and a special cue just for premium members.

i think complicated cue designs wouldn't work as there's not a lot to play with in terms of size

Designs yeah probably would struggle for anything complex, but same style just different colours would be fine

Designing your own cues would definately require you to edit each individual pixel because they are so thin.

But I'm curious as to what exactly is possible, so I'll have a go at it and post the results here.

How about, you get a different cue for each day of the year.

This would be hard work for Nick, howeer, it would target more people to play on Haloween, or Earth Day... etc.

Maybe something like this:
1 January - New Years Day (The new year on the cue. e.g. 2010.
14 February - Valentines Day (Hearts on the cue)
3rd Tueday of February - Shrove Tueday / Fat Tuesday (Pancakes on the cue???
1 March - St Davids Day (Welsh Dragon on the cue)
4 March - World Book Day (Books on the Cue???)
2nd Sunday of March - Mothering Sunday (Not sure...)
17 March - St Patrick's Day (Lepricorn)
19 - 21 March - Sport Relief (Running, Football, Rugby...)
20th March - Earth Day (Globe)
1 April - April Fools Day (People Laughing)
1 May - May Day (Not sure...)
8 June - World Oceans Day (One big wave covering the cue)
4 July - Independence Day (Not Sure...)
1 October - World Smile Day (A big smile on the cue)
16 October - World Food Day (Different foods from all cultures on the cue)
31 October - Halloween (Pumpkin, Sweets, Night-time on the cue).
5 November - Guy Fawlkes Night (Flames on the cue, this would be very effective!)
14 November - Rememberance day (Not sure...)
20 November - Children in Need (Children, on top of a globe maybe...)
30th November - St Andrew's Day (Scottish Flag)
24th December - Christmas Eve (Santa and reindeers on a sleigh)
25th December - Christmas Day (Santa Hat with Presents...)

I have involved many different days of the year suitable for varieties of cultures, religions, backgrounds and nationalities.

I believe this would make people come on more for these days. For example, more people would come on Rememberance day, or World ocean Day to see the cue.

We don't need a different cue every day, because otherwise it isn't something to look forward to. People would just become bored of ruby or diamond and sapphire cues...

If we have it every so often, it would be a surprise and make more people come online on different days...

Thoughts...?
