how is this fair?

i was in perfect position to win the 1st frame so it goes into firefox freezing mode, which i have to keep pressing F5 to try and get it to respond, but meanwhile the game carrys on like im there so i get random he gets 7 balling then it crashes on me but i never pressed play for the 2nd game as it was still in freezing mode.
