That is fair enough I was just a bit baffled why you were brought into it, and where he got the point about him not wanting to join when he wasn't approached. However he asked if he could join a week or so ago only we had a full team now he says this... strange.

Just a reminder to all clans that no result is officially counted until it is posted on the FPL Results Thread.

Even if the result is posted on every single other forum thread on funkypool.com, the result will not be counted until it is posted in the right place.

Even if a match has been played and it is not recorded on the FPL Results Thread by the playing deadline, the match will be treated as a default.

I have noticed a couple of results that have not been posted on the FPL Results Thread. This should be one of the first things you do after completing a clan match.

It is still wise to post any result even if your game is still incompleted and will be finished at another time.

We don't want to see silly errors causing defaults. The Results Thread has been set up so all results go there, no exceptions or questions asked.

Back on topic please, no one has made a fool of no one, I am not going to be getting roped into an argument so if you do not have anything to say regarding future games, current games, or anything nice to say please dont say anything at all.

Last week, we had a bye first week so no doubt you will have a fixture next week.

Week two FPL reminder

This clan does have a scheduled game for week two of the FPL. This is a reminder that the team list consisting of 6 players and up to six substitutes must be messaged to aflumpire (me ) by no later than Midnight Wednesday, GMT.

Any clan failing to meet this deadline will see their same team from last week picked (or first six players off the team list for those who have a week one bye) and will be given an official warning. The FPL will NOT be mucking around, chasing up team lists this season.

For those clans participating in week one, please remember to have all games played by 12 midnight GMT on Monday

The biggest change for the next couple of weeks is that I will be away on an overseas trip. The FPL runner for the next 16 days is mich. All questions and problems should be directed to him from now on. Any messages to myself will not be read or answered.

In addition to this, all deadlines must still be met. Again, any team lists sent to me will be a waste of time. All team lists and concerns must be sent to mich. Messaging team lists to my account 'by mistake' is not an excuse for not meeting a deadline.

But best of luck to all clans for this round and over the next couple of weeks. I will be back on September 26.

Reminder, round one fixtures must be played by this Monday, midnight GMT or the default process will begin.
