Right, this one involves a bit of searching (easy) and a bit of manual analysis! Which two countries signed up to the Buenos Aires Convention of 1910 exactly one year apart?
(There are only 18 signatories to it so it won't be too difficult)

Since I originally set the question, some overzealous editor has removed the entries from the Aug 31 page. Also, the dates on the Buenos Aires Convention page are no longer a year apart...! But there's been no recent edits. Strange... So are you right any more? No idea, but it's your go

I know i'm wrong but lieutenant Thomas Selfridge?
04:34 Wed 8 Sep 10 (BST) [Link]
Unfortunately he was the first, so yes, you're wrong! So who was the second?
22:25 Mon 13 Sep 10 (BST) [Link]
The answer is... Eugene Lefebvre, who was killed when his plane hit the ground from a height of 20 feet. As Selfridge was a passenger, Lefebvre was therefore the first pilot to die in an air crash.
Next question. What was the capital of the USA from 1785 to 1790?
