If you have a dispute in a game or frame, PM me and Marco, and a decision will be made quickly. Please note that as of next Thursday I will be on holiday for two weeks, so a different arrangement will be in place.

From what Marco has written it is clear that funkypool's website rules do not allow for second accounts, and as owner of this league he has taken the decision to remove you k1rk from the remaining fixtures, a decision I have no qualm with, since we operate under funkypool and all its associated rules.

What I do not appreciate is the continued public nuisance from both of you. You both have a side to tell, sure, but this forum is not the appropriate place. Private messages save a lot of hassle, prevent potential flamewars, and don't throw our lovely league thread into a me vs him situation.

Accordingly, k1rk being out of the competition ends the need for discipline, but I am giving craig/doubted2 a formal warning about your conduct. You have been asked to stop from both moderators and Marco. You haven't posted anything since, but please be aware that any further arguments in public or misconduct will lead to frame penalties in your games.

I do not want to have to do that, indeed I'm sure Marco would agree it's unfortunate that k1rk had to be defaulted, but the rules are the rules, and they will be applied.

I have not questioned being removed from the league, in fact i removed myself as i knew that id have no chance in being able to continue as the rule is correct i can only play on the account i register, i just expected doubted2 to have the common decency like everyone else has, i also do this in othter leagues and they don't find this a problem because im one of the more reliable players. It wasn't my aim to argue i just don't like the guys attitude and neither do a lot of people.
