Have you checked your junk mail and spelling of your e-mail?

Mine did appear in the inbox, someone had that sort of problem from other site, didn't tell us what was wrong though when they eventually got the album and stuff

There is also a collector's group on there, where you can help each other out, unfortunately I am locked into the StickSports one, 3 spaces available.
