More less yeah as you have to be in a clan to play in clan world cup, and you have to have a 2 month old account to play for a clan.

No there isn't a 2 month limit
you DONT have to be in a clan to join this
(and also 2 month rule is for the 'Clan League' not clans in general)
The clan part refers to 'Ireland clan' or 'Scotland clan'
