At the moment, mich played the first two weeks and then sat out for the third week.

You played the second and third week, and statistics show that you're 5th, but we need to get mich and metterzrocks back in because it'll only be fair, as mich would be sitting out for more weeks than you, and metterzrocks hasn't played a single game for the clan yet.

I'll be dropping out for the final or 3rd place play off next week as i'm on holiday, so if you really want to, you are welcome to take my spot next week.

all sorts of things are taken into account (including keeping something in reserve)

I/We have not just rushed into picking 5 players, it as been well thought out

Once again, all 5 players ended up with victories so someone who had won was bound to be dropped to make way for metterzrocks

I've got a bit more experience than you, i know what im doing


and most importantly, im the captain so the final decision (as well as most of any blame) rests with me

Moaning isn't helping the team, morale or you so can you please keep it to yourself

That in no way means form doesn't count, it means it is one influence in my decision. Its not an absolute.

As far as i'm aware, you ONLY have just above half of your games which have been won...which is only 56%.

Thats not much contribution at all, from what you think you've put in. As far as you go, you seem to think that you've won near enough 80% of your matches when you're nowhere near it mate. So stop with all this childish act and just go with what the captain says.

Craig pal, we dont need all the bad vibes going into our games to be honest bud, whatever decision the captain makes is final and you gotta stick by that.

Kicking up a fuss wont help as you are just annoying them and they might feel like leaving you out next week too if you carry on, not saying they will like but you have to respect their decision.

& i'm sorry to say..i've won more matches than you, which is why im the second most SUCCESSFUL person in the whole competition, so you can't question me in that sense, just because i drew a game. If i remember correctly, you drew your very first game, so the sarcasm is completely unnecessary as I will always reflect upon your games as i've done much more for northern england than you have.
