He has not been in a clan before on his current username.
Guys if i don't see anything concrete i will request this to be capped.

No Owen sorry, If you don't have a experienced clan member as captain then this will not stand a chance in getting into the league

Just because they dont match the requirements for your league doesn't mean you have to go gung-ho on the capping. They are still eligable to create a clan whether it matches the leagues rules or not!

No thats fine, i did say it would be capped but then edited it to the fact it couldnt get in to the league as it is not my place to go about capping threads.
