colleges in scotland should make it possible or the jobcentre/council too, that a person can live before they get money from their first bursary payment

Thing with college is the EMA to what i know is still for 16 to 19 year olds and many go college after the finish with school, as for the jobcentre get rid of it, it makes people lazy
