colleges in scotland should make it possible or the jobcentre/council too, that a person can live before they get money from their first bursary payment

Thing with college is the EMA to what i know is still for 16 to 19 year olds and many go college after the finish with school, as for the jobcentre get rid of it, it makes people lazy

Please use that thread I just put above more often numberwang instead of creating pointless threads that are just cluttering the forums and not making it any easier for anyone.
