I used to watch noddy, Ba Ba or whatever it was called (that ones with the cartoon blue elephants). Powerranges was a favourite of mine back then, the original one =D.

Postman pat, fireman sam, thomas the tank engine and noddy were the main ones. Loved the children's BBC program, used to watch it the minute i got home from school til the minute i went to bed!

who remembers non-24 hour tv? so you got this weird slow jazzy music, with these ceefax pages flashing at you?

I used to remember when I woke up saturday mornings to watch the start of ITV... I was so sad!

i used to do that too

one parents evening, when i was at nursery or at least very low down the school, my teacher asked my mum if i read the paper, or if she read the paper to me, or if i watched the news regularly or anything, saying that i was very well versed in current affairs and news items in general. my mum was puzzled by this until one morning she heard me going downstairs, and i had been getting up before dawn, bored out of my skull with staying in bed, and reading the ceefax pages
