Woohoo! Won the 01:00 9 ball speed tourney, and here's what happened:

Rd 1: BYE
Rd 2: ozyboy 0-1 clooneman
Rd 3: clooneman 1-0 darren609
QF: clooneman 1-0 bones
SF: sadgland 0-1 clooneman with a 3-9
Final: clooneman 2-1 midgett

The 3-9 in the semi was a bit lucky as, although it was intended, it didn't go straight into the corner pocket but got a bit of help off another ball. Then after I went 1-0 down in the final, I got a lucky bounce off the jaw of the middle pocket to set up a 4-9, and then when I was attempting a 6-9 (with a very thin slice from the 6 onto the 9 needed), the 6 missed the 9 completely but the white hit it instead and into another pocket. So it was one terribly lucky win.

Dedicated to all my opponents as ever, especially on account of my outrageous luck, and also to stokies_back, jooodles, joker86 and warney7 who all offered congrats.

Woohoo! Two tourneys entered in a row, and this time it was the 3 am Random Multi-Discipline one, and another one that was out of my hands till the very end:

Another lucky-ish win for me, it took a nasty miss on the 8 to let me back in, and I know all about missing the 8 in games of 9 ball as it happened in a couple of the forum events to my expense.
