If he makes a clan now and its still around by next season then that would go a long way to ensure reliability

But thats your opinion, you think you wouldnt be able to make a clan during a season

(it still is technically inbetween seasons as the new season hasn't started, just selection is over)

Why don't you just see how it goes?

to be fair a group of people can be a clan, as long as they have they go around as a group, just because you don't "compete" it doesn't mean that you aren't a clan.

but wat is the point of a clan, if you dont play in a league, no point I THINK, theres just going to be clan after clan now not wanting to play in the league and just stay out of it, "cause they can"

Because clans aren't linked with the clan league, they can have friendlies / inter-clan matches / set up their own league

And if they can keep it going then they should have not problem getting through selection
