Re-sizing a picture from small to big will make the picture look bad, you will have to find a bigger picture

Just had a go with pic3 of your's and this is the result

resize in Adobe Photoshop if you have it.

Save the quality as 12(of 12)

it should come out much better than the picture displayed above

tried to do it out of curiosity



still not fantastic, but meh, best you can do when enlarging small photos. As Jack said, bigger photos are better, because if you need to downsize them, they won't pixelate and they'll still come out the same quality as the original bigger pic.
