32 people join and thmen we will split into 8 groups into group A , B , C , D , E , F , G and H then top 2 players from each go to the knockout stages then when there is only 4 left you play your opponent you go and win you go to the finals and who loses they go to 3rd place play offs

I dont think you shoud make events then ask for them to be capped because no-ones posted and then start another, it just seems like your copying other events too
