Hey guys, regarding mikejen88 I am afraid he is not eligible to play in the current fixture since his account was not 2 months at the time the fixture started. Basically, he isn't formally considered part of the clan or league at all until the 8th (when his account turned 2 months), and he may not play in the currently on-going fixtures at the time he "joined".

The two relevant rules:

1.12 Player account requirements
All players entering the league must have accounts at least 2 months old. This is to discourage constant name changes, deactivations/reactivations and the like. In short, if you want to play in the league, be stable and don't do something as foolish as deactivating your account.

1.8 Quarantine for new signings
Only players (user names) who are registered for a clan at the time each fixture is published may play games in that fixture. Any player that joins the clan after this point is not eligible to play until the following set of fixtures. Note that this means players changing their user name are also not eligible to play until the next set of fixtures.


I'm aware that this may not be apparent at first glance, so sorry for that.

The way forward: Mike will need to be subbed out of his games and await next set of fixtures.

The biggest change for the next couple of weeks is that I will be away on an overseas trip. The FPL runner for the next 16 days is mich. All questions and problems should be directed to him from now on. Any messages to myself will not be read or answered.

In addition to this, all deadlines must still be met. Again, any team lists sent to me will be a waste of time. All team lists and concerns must be sent to mich. Messaging team lists to my account 'by mistake' is not an excuse for not meeting a deadline.

But best of luck to all clans for this round and over the next couple of weeks. I will be back on September 26.

Reminder, round one fixtures must be played by this Monday, midnight GMT or the default process will begin.
