oh and final note i didnt demand to play i mearly asked, "invite?" then got closed, could've - it to bottom of screen to take your shot, as you didnt reply back any time soon i logged off thinking you didnt want to play, anyway if im playing you log on

Exactly. There's no waiting list, so subsequent challenges after an unplayed challenge have no bearing on anything. When the result of a challenge is posted, then the title is open to challenges (i.e. one challenge) again.
