Play each nation once
In each match you play BOTH players from the other nation
Games are first to 3 in 8 uk, 8 us and 9 ball
After all games done should end up with scoreline (e.g. 24-28)
For each overall win in the scoreline you get 3 points
For each draw 1 point
For each loss 0

E.G.
England VS Scotland
27-27

mich vs hippesville (4-9)
mich vs obero (8-6)
hightops vs hippesville (9-4)
hightops vs obero (6-8)

Would result in a draw

would mean:

1st Northern Ireland - 3 points (+4 frame difference)
2nd Austrailia - 3 points (+1 frame difference)
3rd England - 1 point (0 frame difference)
3rd Scotland - 1 point (0 frame difference)
5th Ireland - 0 points (-1 frame difference)
6th Djibouti - 0 points (- 4 frame difference)

Hippes - I volenteered you :P Knowing how awesome you are and how mucxh banter Scotland has (cause we crap at everything so we need banter to be able to laugh a little) I thought, hmm, who would be awesome in the Scotland team! HIPPES!!!
