Beside the point if there playing a newbie or not, i bet i could play without spin and win alot of games in div 2 acting as a newbie.Mearly ask them to put on there about me who they were previously, if they choose not to check then neither player can moan.
I only deacted to prove a point to alot of other members as im sure both of you two will be aware.

In my eyes is unfair the 2 month rule on me and grace, both loyal clan members as you well know she's played alot of seasons and i've stuck around for as much as i can before having family problems/ internet issues.

I can understand about the inactivity yes, but 2month rule is just no need, if loads more players deacted alot then it wouldn't be here, Or increase it to two years - then more people will complain as they havn't been on the site that long.

I think you'll find majority of people who are affected by the 2month rule will hate it, and as for the players who it dont affect they wont be fussed.

i can see where your coming from matt but the clan league runners make these rules for a reason and should be stuck by, if people want to deactivate mid-season then its there choice knowing they have to wait 2 months before being allowed back in clan league. you could be the most loved player on this site ot even play 16 hours a day but why should the rules be twisted to allow these players to return , it would happen more often if this rule was not in place

again i can see where your coming from, but the fact no1 had been told as far as im aware mid season i waited until FBI started to go down hill then left and deacted, no-body once told me that this rule was happening, thus my deactivate, there was no message by any leaders or any members of staff to me to say what was happening, not even to take a look at the rules, if i was aware i would have mearly reset my stats and carried on.

is there a list of clan rules on the forum ? if not can i suggest that they are put on here, i will make it sticky so its stays at top of the clan thread

dont believe so, nothing under the clan and league thread, hence why i deactivated, maybe now you see my point clearer, im happy with there to be a 2month rule, but without a warning it was happening, things may have been diffrent....

2 month rule started on the 13th March

This rule was brought in to stop players deactivating and creating new accounts to join other clans mid season, to stop the possibility of players creating 2nd accounts to help their clans and also to help keep banned users out of the league.
I believe its a good fair rule with no exceptions so everyone knows where they stand,
it should've been brought in when clan leagues started.

what im saying is that no-body was told about this until the start of this season, meaning alot of people havn't been able to get in, i can understand it and completly agree, but without a warning pre-season then i think it should carry over to next season before its to start

It doesn't stop people, it slows them

Also yes it should have been brought in at the start, but it wasn't (this probably wasn't expected to be needed) but it has caught people out unfairly who deactivated before the rule was enforced who have done absolutely nothing but are being punished.

Maybe should have applied to people creating new accounts after the rule - i think thats what these people mean

end bit sums it up, i had already deacted by that point and i believe so to had grace, meaning were being punished for the rule starting after our deactivation, causing problems in this clan as adam had alrady chosen me pre-2month rule.

don't suppose that classes me as already in the league at which point would mean im free to play as i was already apart untill the new rule? (believe im correct in saying if u was already in last season/this season before the rule your allowed in)

No it doesnt matt cause u deactivated your account therefore removing yaself from the clan league.

and i did steph, but i had his 1 already lined up and adam had it already classed into the league, he had me himself and 1 other before the season started.

He named me under this account and not my old 1 2months before the rule him i and liam had decided about 3months before that we would make a clan, which would therefore mean i was already registerd pre-season before league and before rule, would it not?
