cant register for the clan league untill the 11th may

didnt the rule come in on the 13th if so arent people who registered before the rule came into place allowed in?

milla is a player not previously registered in the clan league so will have to wait untill account is 2 months old,
the rule doesnt affect players registered in the clan league last season as long as they have not deactivated and created a new account since the 13th March.

need janmb to confirm this.

Not quite.

The exception is players who were part of the league before the rule was introduced. Players who didn't play in season 9 before the 13th are not subject to any exceptions and need to wait for their account to get 2 months old, sorry.
