1.4 Player transfers
Players may change clans during seasons, if and only if the captain of their former clan explicitly releases them by posting in the team changes thread. This must be posted by the captain themselves, someone else posting "he/she said so and so" will NOT be accepted. A player signing for a new clan during a season is still subject to quarantine rule 1.8.
Here I am explicitly asking for him to be released so he can be re-united with the love of his life
