on the case concering alangbrook:

I sent him a PM in game, 30 seconds later he logged out, whether it was coincidence or not I don't know, so now I've sent him a message asking him to tell me his side of the story and what not.

He has 2 days to reply, if I get no response I will have no choice but to remove him from the league.
