My keyboard is almost dead, only way I can type at the moment is by holding down a button from the top row while I type the rest. I have un-installed and re-installed keyboard settings.
No look, did work temporarily after some updates, but doesn't work now.
Only keys that work normally are "qweruiop". The other keys, I have to hold one of those keys down just to work.
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can fix this problem?

Very strange.
Turn computer off, go to sleep.
Put computer back on following day and keyboard working fine.

Very inconsistent on whether it wants to work.
Getting a replacement from Friday, will take up to 2 weeks to replace

Exactly!
I couldn't wait two weeks, may as well just run in Argos or PC world and pick one up instantly.

maybe its a laptop keyboard, in which case it will need the whole new board system replacing, which would take a while.

Anon has got it in 1, could get it done quicker but will cost $29 for that, so having it collected for free as it is under warranty

On-topic:
Did you manage to fix your 'I' key Warns?
It was I that was playing up the other day wasn't it?
